Return Policy

Merchandise return authorization may be obtained Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time at 1-800-735-5541. If merchandise is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase in original, unopened packaging, a credit card refund will be processed after the application of a 25% restocking fee or a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.  We cannot accept returns on open packaging, please call our store and order swatches to preview the merchandise prior to purchase to assure your satisfaction with product.  No returns will be authorized on special or custom orders, discounted, discontinued or monogrammed items.

NO-RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, DISCOUNTED, DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
